Our return policy applies to all items purchased from ActiveByChoice.com whether shipped from our warehouse facility or directly from a manufacturer. If product(s) are shipped direct from a manufacturer (or distributor), they are acting as a fulfillment agent on ActiveByChoice.com's behalf, and their return policies are considered null and void, and are always superceeded by ActiveByChoice.com policy.

Our 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: Everything you buy directly from ActiveByChoice.com is backed by our 30 day ... 100% satisfaction guarantee if un-opened, and un-used. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase (un-opened, and un-used) and you will refunded (unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping, and a 20% restocking fee). The packing slip that came with your order shows the date of purchase. The return must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of Returned Merchandise : We only accept returned merchandise in unused condition, in its original purchasing condition including the original product packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any items received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-part kit may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you, and no refund issued.

 We cannot accept returns of certain items:

  Any item that is returned more then 30 days from time of sale.
  Any item that has been used in any shape or form.
  Any item that is not in original condition, damages, or is missing parts.
  Any item missing original packing materis, including bags, wrappers, tags, etc.
  Any blister wrapped products are not retunrable if opened!

No Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise within 30 days of purchase and place a new order.

Incorrect Sizes: We will not guarantee the sizing of an item. The sizing information on our site comes directly for the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to select the correct size, and if you're not sure take the next larger size. We can replace sizes, if they are not worn, and are in immediate re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs both ways.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If you believe an item was shipped in error, or was defective or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service (888-486-5506) immediately so we can resolve the problem. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The return shipping on damaged or defective merchandise is free!

Return Using a Carrier of Your Choice: You may use a carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to the return address shown on the enclosed product return process form and print the RMA number you get from us on 4 sides of the shipping box. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is at your expense with the exception of damaged or defective product. If there is no RMA number on the return, it will not be accepted by ActiveByChoice.com , nor returned to you.


Return Process Overview
 
1) Send an email request for an RMA (Return Materials Authoritzation) Number to customerservice@activebychoice.com with a reason for the request to return. An RMA number will be emailed back to you via the email address tied to your original order. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
2)  Select a  shipping vendor to return the product within the 30 day return window. Product must be received by our warehouse within the 30 day period.
3)  Make a photocopy of the packing slip and this return tracking form for your records.
4)  Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip and return tracking form in an appropriately sized box. 
5)  Place the RMA# on at least 4 sides of shipping box.
6)  Attach your preferred carrier label, with the following address:

8) For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
9) We will email a confirmation receipt of your returned package.
10) After we have received your return and approved it for a refund, we will issue a credit to the credit card originally used to place the order, less a 20% re-stocking fee based on order amount*, and also less original shipping, and confirm via email the credit amount.
11) Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
 
*For example if the original order was $100 total, we would deduct the shipping fee (if it was free shipping we would deduct our cost to ship), and then deduct a 20%  restocking fee from the balance, and then refund the balance. If you purchased multiple items on the order, we would only deduct the restocking fee for the item you are returning.
